1/2 Cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce (San- J Tamari)
1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
2 T. Oil
1/4 t. Ground Pepper
1/2 Clove Garlic (We used minced garlic from a jar- the refridgerated kind, not dried.)
1 t. Dry Ginger
Mix well and let set 20-30 min.
Serve over rice, chicken, and vegetables.
DELICIOUS!!!
Refrigerate and store unused portions.

I love it that you're sharing all of these recipes! It's a great service to those who are needing meal planning help. Even those of us who do not cook "GF" can appreciate the suggestions! Way to go! Thanks for sharing!
