1 cup tapioca flour
1 T. guar gum
1 1/2 t. salt
2 cups warm water
2 1/4 t. yeast
2 T. sugar or honey
2 T. oil or butter
1 egg + 1 egg white
1 t. apple cider vinegar (other vinegars are ok)
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine. (Add more water or milk til all flour is moistened.) Spread on parchment paper and bake at 400 or 425 til golden brown. Enjoy!
